Frequently Asked Questions

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

A reservation is required for all accommodations, both in high- and low season. For camping pitches it is advisable to make a reservation, especially in high season!

HOW DOES THE DEPOSIT WORK?

When booking our accommodation, a deposit is required. This deposit is for any damaged caused to the accommodation. The deposit will be refunded within one week after departure, deducted by the costs of possible damage. The deposit is therefore not balanced with costs for bread, pizza etc.

IS A DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED?

Upon receipt of the reservation form we will send you an invoice for the down payment. The down payment is 30% of the rent plus the reservation costs of € 20,- . We would like to receive the remaining payment (including any additional costs and the deposit) no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION?

It is always possible to cancel a reservation, but there may be costs involved. We use the following cancellation conditions:

– Cancellation up to the 42nd day before arrival: the down payment;
– Cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28st day before arrival: 60% of the total rent;
– Cancellation from the 28st day until the day of arrival: 90% of the total rent;
– Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full total rent.

REFUND AT DEPARTURE?

When you make a reservation, the camping pitch or rental accommodation is reserved for you and can’t be rent to others anymore. Should you, for whatever reason, wish to leave earlier our cancellation policy will apply. We always recommend to take out a cancellation insurance. If someone within your family for example gets sick, a good cancellation insurance will in most cases cover the already paid invoice for the camping pitch or rental accommodation.

CAN I BOOK ANY EXTRAS?

Duvets or pillows are not available in the tents. You can bring them yourself or rent a package (consisting of a duvet, a duvet cover, a pillow + pillowcase and a fitted sheet, € 15,- per person/per week). It is also possible to rent a cot (€ 2,- per day) and/or highchair ( € 1,50 per day). It is not possible to book a duvet package for the cot.

CAN I TAKE AN OPTION ON A CAMPING PITCH OR TENT?

You can take an option on a camping pitch or tent for a period of maximum 3 days. The option will automatically expire if the reservation is not completed within these 3 days.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

It is possible to change a reservation, as long as the desired accommodation or camping pitch is available.

DO I GET AN EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT?

When booking a rental accommodation before 15th December 2019 you will get an early bird discount of € 50,-
