The peace and space is fantastic

Vallée de Lignac is a small-scale campsite (2 hectares), well-arranged and situated around an old farm with many outbuildings. It looks almost like a little village and the old natural stone buildings form a charming setting.

Spread over the terrain you will find safari tents, platform tents and pitches for people who bring their own tent, folding trailer or mobile home. On our charming campsite, we rent 11 safari tents and 4 deck tents.
In high season Camping Vallée de Lignac is a real kids’ campsite. In this period, the small campsite, with Dutch owner, is mainly visited by families with young children (up to approx. 12 years old). In preseason it is a lovely place to settle down. The total terrain, inclusive our valley, is 7 hectares. We kindly welcome you to our small, child friendly campsite in France..

Swimming pool

To cool off or just to splash there is of course a swimming pool. In the immediate vicinity there is a lovely swimming lake with sandy beach as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

Barbecue

Because it can be pretty dry in Summer, the municipality doesn’t allow open fire and charcoal barbecues. Gas barbecues are allowed. We rent gas barbecues for a small fee.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The arrival day for rental accommodations is Saturday after 03.00 pm. The departure day is Saturday before 10.00 am. Guests for camping pitches can arrive and depart on random days. The camping pitch must be empty by noon after departure.

TRAMPOLINE

On the terrain there is a large trampoline for young and old. The trampoline is secured by means of a safety net. Officially, only one person at a time is allowed to jump on the trampoline, to provide accidents. We don’t monitor this.

DISABLED PEOPLE

The sanitary fittings on our campsite are partially adapted for disabled people. Because we have a small campsite, these sanitary adjustments are accessible to everyone and for general use.

Wifi

On and around the terrace you can make use of WiFi (at a fee). While enjoying a cappuccino or a cool drink you can for example check your emails or surf the internet.

WARM WELCOME

Every Saturday we have a Plat du Jour. After a day of travelling you join our table on the terrace for a tasty, affordable mail. You can sign up in advance!

SHEET AND DUVETS

For extra space in your car, you can rent duvets, pillows and sheets.

CHEMICAL TOILET

There is a special waste water tank for chemical toilets. The sanitary building is connected to a micro-biological waste water treatment system. This requires responsible “flushing behaviour” from users. Only toilet paper and really nothing else.

PETS

Although we understand that your loyal four-legged friend or cat wants to go on holiday, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
